Who else has the problem of their Ionic not syncing with the Fitbit App on their phone? I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and am constantly having issues with this and am sick and tired of having to delete the Ionic, the app and then having to re-pair the watch to the app. Half the time it can't find the watch even though I'm following all of the steps it has set out. We pay big dollars for these things only for them to not work properly. Is it a software/firmware issue? If so, it needs to be fixed

I'm constantly having to re-pair the Ionic with my Bluetooth, so my guess is it's an issue with the Ionic/Fitbit. For what it's worth, I have an Android as well.
