All of a sudden today my Ionic is reading the wrong time. I tried a normal sync with my iPhone plus a "hard sync" (simultaneously holding the left and lower right button) with no success. Would appreciate any feedback.
Mine started yesterday. It's an hour slow. I have an android Galaxy S9+. Cant sink because app won't let me see or into wifi settings and it's not syncing over bluetooth.
This happened to me as well. I called the tech support. They ran me through uninstall and installing app, rebooting the device and resetting to the factory settings. None worked. They offered me a replacement watch at 25% off and free shipping. These steps may resolve your issue but it is best to call the tech support. Good luck.
I think, the problem loosing the time is an environment problem,. The oszillator generating the time impulses does not work anymore. This happens to me now the 4th time. But the last 3 times I always got a new tracker after long discussions.
