Hello,

Has anyone noticed that the leads on the watch corrode when swimming in a pool? I guess that what happened to my original ionic before getting a replacment. However I cleaned after every workout, swim etc.

I just got in the pool for thr first time with my replacement and just thr one time j see corrosion on the leads in just one hour! Anyone else notice it?!

The battery sensors?  Instead of them looking gold/bronze they look like they are discolored, causing no good connection for the charger

Perhaps the water pH was very low.. and not controled.. it Can be also due to high chlorate concentration..

That's what I was thinking. But for it to do that after one hours time is pretty insane. I am certified pool operator for nj, but as soon as I was done I rinsed with water.

I'm already getting a second replacment sent before my warranty is over. Seems like I'm just not going to use it for swimming which is why i bought it, in the first place.
