The glass cracked my on my ionic. The watch works perfectly still. I contacted Fitbit to see if I could send my watch in to have the screen repaired. I would happily pay for it. Supposedly, screen repairs are not a thing. I’ve used fitbit for 7-8 years. I’m super bummed. They offered a 25% discount on full price watches. (You can find the ionic way cheaper without a discount on Amazon. $177+free shipping) I am wondering if anyone has switched to another watch that they like as much as the ionic. It’s ridiculous to have to buy a new watch every time the glass cracks....afraid to take it swimming which is the whole reason I got it.

@Izzcan Welcome to the Community. Thanks for mentioning that you've contacted our Support team and the option you were given.
Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your Ionic.
Fitbit doesn't have a repaired center and that's why it's not possible to repair your watch's screen. Each case is reviewed individually and the option provided is based in the Fitbit Warranty.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
