Crashes during treadmill runs.

Ok... this is annoying. My ionic has crashed 4 times this week while doing treadmill runs and playing Pandora playlists. I’ve reset, rebooted, reinstalled, turned off notifications, etc... I’ve done all the stuff required based on what I’ve read in this forum. It’s to a point of stupidity. Your firmware update did not fix any of this Fitbit. Please help. Thanks.
