I had issues with the battery life of my Ionic , bought in febr last year.
After reading some threads here I was a bit dishearthened to reach out to support.
I was very pleasantly surprised with the reactiontime ( I contacted them via the Twitterlink). At first I got the generic response with a link that said to disable all the functionality (gps, continuous sync ...) When I replied that I bought the watch for its functionality I was very quickly helped by a efficient, polite and helpfull support employee and after some steps a satisfactory solution (replacement) was given to me.
Pity the employee was anonymous on twitter or I would mention her/him/x by name so her/his/x teamlead would know of it too.
I tip my hat to customer service and to the swiftness , openess and politeness of the communication. As a former Service Level Manager I should recognise when things are going as intended.
Apparently things did change for the better.
Thank you Fitbit, you gained another loyal customer.

Hi @Icedewd what a nice post. Customer service really is good here and they do care about us. Sad to say, even when someone receives good support and often a replacement device, they don't return to report the happy news.
