how do you set your personal heart rate zones?? i have a resting heart rate average of over 70....so now when i look at my heart rate zones i live in fat burning zone so that makes the feedback worthless is there a way that you can adjust it to actually just give you worthless feedback?? you can add your custom zones but it dosent reflect your settings you entered

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @sumo67! At this time, you cannot set your personal heart rate zones. I was making some research and was able to find this idea asking for the same:
Please cast a vote for the idea and leave a comment to show support for it.
For anything else you would like to see implemented in the future, consider visiting our Feature Suggestions board. This is a space where Community users can post features, ideas, and suggestions that they'd like to see in future Fitbit products, accessories, and software and top-voted suggestions get relayed to our product team for review.
As you may know since you mentioned it, instead of using the 3 default zones (peak, cardio, and fat burn zone) you can create a custom zone if you're targeting a specific heart rate. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon and find Heart Rate Zones. Then enter your custom zone.
On fitbit.com, log into your dashboard and click the gear icon in the upper right. Choose Settings > Personal Info. There you can enter your custom zone.
Additionally of what I shared above, to change the heart rate setting on your Ionic. Open the Settings app and then tap Heart Rate to adjust this setting. Note that default setting of On is appropriate for most people; the heart-rate tracker is active when you are wearing it and is inactive when you remove it.
