Cycle ride not syncing onto strava

Hi, I did a long cycle ride today and noticed the ride has synced to my ionic strava app but not onto may main strava phone app. At first I thought it takes a few hours to sync the ride to tthe strava phone app (was a long ride ) but I have waited all day and got nothing. 

 

Is there a way I can sync thjs ride to my strava phone app manually ?

 

ps- thjs is the only time I have experienced this problem - previous rides have synced perfectly .

If it never syncs, you can use a web browser to export a TCX file from www.fitbit.com and then upload/import into Strava.
