Daily calories re-setting to 1621 daily

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My fit bit app has started re-setting my daily calories count to 1621 every day.

It counts them correctly during each day but resets to 1621 the following day.

I have restarted and reinstalled the app. But no luck still

Hello @SunsetRunner.  Welcome to the Fitbit forums.

I assume you are talking about calories burned, rather than something related to weight loss goal.  Is that correct?

Which app are you using - Android, iPhone, Windows 10 app, or fitbit.com dashboard?

What about on the Ionic itself? Is it also resetting to 1621, or does it look correct?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

A warm welcome to the Community @SunsetRunner. I appreciate the details that you've mentioned as well for the troubleshooting that you've performed.

It sounds like the calories burned that you're seeing are from your BMR, this is why they aren't changing. You just need to sync your Ionic and then your calories burned should increase every day. Please try this syncing troubleshooting
