Dashboard home screen remains dark, tiles won't fill in.

When I go to the Dashboard the tracker data (tiles) does not load.  The "field" remains dark.  This happens on different computers.  However, when I click on Premium, the premium data is there.  The app on the online is working.  I've been with Fitbit since 2012 and never had this happen.  This is the second day for this issue.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Im not sure I understand what you mean. Can you post a screenshot?
