I synced my Fitbit this am and wow did the app and fitbit.com dashboard not reflect all of my hard work from the last several days. I ran 5 miles yesterday and ionic shows 16,000+ steps, app shows 2,611 steps, SERIOUSLY!! Also not correct on July 6th, as I had over 10,000 steps, but only got credit for 6,484 steps.
I have unpaired my devise, no luck
I have removed my devise from the app and set it up again, no luck
I have removed devise, deleted the app, re-downloaded the app and set up again, no luck
I have restarted my phone and ionic, no luck.
Seriously it should not be this difficult!!

A warm welcome to the Community @Sarah1234567. Thanks for the details mentioned and all the troubleshooting tried before contacting us.
Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your watch.
I've noticed that sometimes the data that's missing is because there might be some activities logged that can be deleting data such as logging running for the time that you were using your Ionic. I would like you to double check your app and see if yesterday shows activities.
Also, try checking your Dashboard to see if your steps are still not showing on July 6th or yesterday.
If after checking you're still not seeing your steps, please provide me with a screenshot of your Dashboard.
Let me know how it goes. I'll be around.
