How do I get the number of steps and/or miles I took/went in the past; i.e April 2020?

On phone app, tap 'Steps' and scroll back to see each day.

Alternately after tapping 'Steps', tap the graph at top to see different time periods.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
