Data keeps deleting from app

Hello, My fitbit is syncing every day to my app on my iphone however when I wake up in the morning all the previous days data is deleted. The app and fitbit website says my Ionic has not synced since 09/04/19. Can you please help?

A warm welcome to the Community @deanfee. Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. I've noticed that when you open the Fitbit app and your Bluetooth is on, your Ionic might show the data but it doesn't necessarily mean that's syncing, the data isn't transferring to the Fitbit servers. 

 

You can double check that your Ionic is syncing by tapping in your profile picture, then check your Ionic icon and below it, it should show you the last time it synced. If your Ionic is still not syncing to your account then try this procedure
