I’ve had my Ionic for 6 days and it suddenly died. I’ve tried holding the left and bottom right buttons for up to 20 sec without any response. Plugging the charger in doesn’t show any signs of life. Going to return it for a Garmin. I’ve seen that many others have had this problem. Pretty bad for a high price point and a company that I thought had repute.
Not good FitBit!
Not good!!!

Sorry it didn't work out for you, @ChicagoFit. Since you have already decided to return it for another brand, it appears you aren't asking for help, but just wanted to vent.

Yeah, I guess this was me just venting @USAF-Larry. I was so amped up for this smart watch and its purported functionality, but looking at the volumes of issues people on this forum are having with Ionic, I just think I’m better off avoiding FitBit...

SAME, exact story with mine. My first Fitbit ate my wrist, but I still stuck with them...do they NOT test products??
