My husband gave me an Ionic for Christmas 2018 so less than 6 months ago and it seems to have died! I've done all the suggested things to recharge it but nothing but blackness. After reading all the other posts regarding this it's very disheartening to think that we pay so much for a product that apparently doesn't last long. Hoping to get a resolution with fitbit but not sure, I miss my watch!

Me again, couldn't figure out how to update above. I contacted fitbit customer service and after an online chat trying to troubleshoot they are replacing my ionic! Customer service was outstanding.

Yes, they replaced mine that I received in January of these year for this major design and construction flaw. Sad thing is that I have no idea if this new unit has been fixed for the problem they all seem to have. There has been no acknowledgement from the corporate fat cats that there is even any large scale issue, though there obviously is. The support workers have been doing as much as "the suits" allow them to do, bet it's really frustrating for them to not have any real support from the top floor.
