Went to bed with 72% battery and woke to no life at all and won’t charge there’s no flashing green censor   No sign of life😫 ionic

I experienced the same issue today. Contacted live support and started restarting, reseting, factory reseting and still feels the vibrations and all, but a black screen.
When the fitbit reboots, I see a horizontal blue, green and red lines and it goes back to a black screen.

I can’t even charge it to try restarting factory settings 😕
