Deezer not downloading music into ionic

I'm trying to download deezer musics into my Fitbit Ionic, but I keep receiving the message that the music is "preparing to download" and nothing happends.

 

The watch is able to sync dashboard informations, the wifi is working, the wifi networks are set, both the cel and the ionic are plugged to charger.

 

I've reset 3 times alreay, but the download bar keeps to show 0% in every attempt.

A warm welcome to the Community @Rubenssd! I appreciate the reset that you've done as well for the details that you've mentioned. I would like you to make sure that you're following this procedure How do I download Deezer playlist to my Fitbit watch?. 

 

Also, confirm that your Ionic has more than 25% battery because Wi-Fi won't work if you less than this.
