Deezer playlists are not downloading on Fitbit Ionic

More problems, seems I can't get anything to work on this Ionic.

I enter the code at the site for Deezer. It's successfully paired. I've even added a song with my laptop.

However when I open the app on the watch it just keeps giving me verification codes.

Endless problems. What's going on, does anyone know?

It was a complete pain for me too. Kept saying I didn't have any WiFi connection.

Eventually I completely factory reset my watch, reinstalled the app and it worked. I did alot in-between but I couldn't tell you what.

I'm still not 100% sure all the songs are on the watch. And I noticed the app  doesn't show all Deezer playlists anyways.

Wow. I can't believe all this hassle for a 300 watch. If i factory reset, do I lose my info? Ugh I've spent days on this, I'm so angry!

I have the same problems....its driving me crazy. I've even exchanged my watch....

I cant seem to open and download Deezer playlists. Setup is fine but when I open deezer app it prompts 'wifi not found. Visit media settings in app to manage networks'. But there is no issue here...connected to wifi.

When adding music via fitbit media deezer via force sync....the smart watch says sync in progress but nothing happens. It stays at 0%....

This is horrible....a watch of 300€... (also other issues) 😕

Hi everyone! A few days ago we started receiving reports about Deezer playlists not uploading to Ionic. However, you should now be able to upload playlists from Deezer to your watch.

If you are still seeing grayed out tracks on your playlist, I would recommend removing your playlists, restarting Ionic and starting from scratch.

If your upload is freezing or failing during the process, I advise putting your Ionic on its charger, move it as close to their router as possible and "Force Sync" to attempt the download again.

For more information on uploading Deezer playlists to Ionic, check out this article

If you continue to have any issues uploading playlists, please let me know! Man Wink

Had been using Deezer on my Ionic for 4 months. Now I get “Verification Required” and it wants me to verify wi-fi. I connect Ionic to wi-fi and continue to get the same message. Have re-booted both iPhone and Ionic to no avail. About to switch to Apple Watch because of the constant issues I’ve had with this watch since Nov ‘17. Please help!

It does not work, I've followed all instructions and nothing, some another option or recommendation?

It seems watch is disconnecting from wifi when start the sincronization.

Hi all hope this helps someone who's facing this problem. I had issues downloading playlist. It just sticks at 0 percent and then the WiFi connection on the fitbit device gets disconnected. I then tried setting up my mobile phone (where the Fitbit app is installed) as a hot spot and got my fitbit ionic to connect to the hotspot. The connection is much stable somehow and I'm able to complete my playlist downloads
