My Fitbit ionic won’t start notifying me of my phone call until the phone call has already ended. And the screen on the fit bit freezes up when I try to swipe and look at my text notifications etc. anyone else have this issue and was able to resolve it? Thanks!

Since your probably asking about a phone issue, it would be helpful to know what phone operating system?
Sorry but it mine works fine.

I have ios11 on my iphone. but I dont think its a phone issue. The screen on my ionic is freezing up and giving me delayed notifications.

Welcome on board @Ashdog86, it's nice to see you here! Thanks for answering @Rich_Laue's question.
Please note that with the new Fitbit OS update 2.1, Notifications are now removed from the Ionic/Versa once you open the conversation in your phone. This is expected behavior and not an issue.
Notifications skip or stop occasionally for several reasons that don't suggest a problem with your device or the Fitbit app.
If the issue is still happening after restarting your tracker, my best recommendation would be resetting Notifications through the Fitbit app to also reset the connection between the tracker and the phone.
To reset Notifications:
