On watch it slef how do delete clocks i can delete on app but not phone please help.

There doesn't seem to be a way of deleting clocks on the fitbit. The help file suggests it can only be done via the app and that seems to be the case when I try: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311/
