Last year my Blaze simply stopped working, consequently i brought anionic. For the last two months i have been having major issues with the battery length - less than 24 hrs of charge remains following a full charge and it simply just runs out. Having spoken to fitbit on chat prior to Christmas, this issue continues. Can anyone advise or has anyone had similar issues... anything that can be done?

Hi @DarrenChapple, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. I'd like to let you know that the battery of our Ionic was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all of it’s features. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off the feature that you don't use. After doing so, please this help article for more tips and recommendations.
Such article includes as restart process that will refresh device's performance.
Let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be here.
