Device doubling notifications

I notice as of lately my ionic does a lot of double notifications when I get a text or a call or when I was on a call and ended will still show on my watch. Clearing it works but will repeat itself once I get texts or on a call or when I ended a call still will show on notification on the watch. I'm not sure what I should do? I done a soft reset of my watch and phone that didn't resolve it. Any ideas? This a replacement watch I got.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting this matter prior to posting too. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

@RicardoFitbit I have an iphone 7 running ios 13.3.1 I believe it starting happening upon having 13.3 so its been a few weeks since this been happening. I just didn't notice as I wasn't looking at notification on my watch till I did cause when I was on a call my watch would vibrate a few times that I was on a call on my iphone 7 and when I ended the call the notification was still there along with past history of calls and texts messages. I just recently did a factory reset by pressing all 3 buttons and holding left and top right one. I'll keep you posted if it still does the weird behavior of keeping showing notifications for like phone calls still present as if I was on a ongoing call along with texts from my phone that would still show on my watch even though I look at the texts from my phone.

@RicardoFitbit After a day of use when my iphone 7 would ring and id pick up the call I notice every few mins my watch would buzz to let me know there a on going call then after my call ends it will still show all the 'active calls I was on" It never goes away like it use to the moment I end a call. Now it just stacks up that there over 10 "active calls" which are not active calls anymore. Factory reset didn't resolve it.

Had same problem, switched it off to restart and it does not start again...again it was a replacement watch. Seems to affect quite a lot of people

@Gokul79  That sucks. I'm glad that's not my case since mine a replacement. Though I just contacted CS and there sending me a replacement since mine isn't function the way it should.
