Device not tracking data after changing clock face

I have been using first for 2 months now. I am an Android user.My fitbit ionic has stopped Measuring steps, heartrate and anything else. Problem started when I changed the clock face. I have tried

1. hard reset 2.factory reset (such a pain)3. Changing clock faces. Nothing worked...

 

Till yesterday evening the light at the back was blinking now it's not.

The wrist movement wake up is also not working (I have checked, its in auto mode) .

Very Frustrated with this product. Can anyone help.

Seems odd that after changing the clock face of your Fitbit Ionic it stopped tracking your steps, heart rate data, etc. I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this matter prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you and I'm sorry for that.
