Heart zone and floors do not log info ..was fine few days ago not logging info today

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this and to provide you with helpful information to resolved your concern, can you please provide me more details? When you say that's not logging the heart zone and floors, you mean that the Ionic is indeed tracking heart rate and floors but not syncing such information with your account? Or is your device not tracking such data? Also, which mobile device are you using and when was the first time you experienced this issue.

Yes, my fitbit charge isn't tracking my heart rate zones any more either!!  Last heart rate zones were on Monday, March 2, 2020
