Hi,
I've been having issues with my Ionic, after an update (believe it's 70.7.14), my screen wouldn't scroll. I got annoyed and looked up some comments to see a suggestion to Factory reset. I have since followed the steps, and upon the fitbit logo flashing, the watch vibrated, and no longer turns on. Would like to know what has happened because this watch has been much more troublesome than my previous Fitbits.

I have tried restarting my ionic, but nothing happens. This is after charging my device for an hour.
