Hi, I went for a swim this weekend with the Fitbit ionic and have not been able to switch it on after that. Getting out of the pool i noticed that the screen was blinking with the fitbit logo before it went completly black. Tried recharging it, then it became really hot and it looked like it was damp on the sensores. Tried factory reset, but with no luck... what to do?

It is completely unresponsive.
And I have tried all the tricks described in the help article. Nothing has worked or given any response from my watch.
Any other advise?

literally have the same issue. bought the Ionic specifically to record swim workouts and midway through my first swim it crapped out. Bought it through an "unauthorized dealer" and just passed the return date. now i'm at the mercy of the 3rd party seller.
