I got a 2nd hand Ionic from Ebay. It wont turn on despite leaving it on charge for an hour.

 

Ive tried holding the 3 buttons for 20 secs but nothing. BUT the green heart rate sensor will turn on, is that a hopeful sign?

 

Any ideas?

Hi @fletchmumma  try doing the restart a few times, but it could be the Ionic has problems. Are you able to return the device if it doesn't work? Sometimes eBay protects the buyer and sometimes the seller accepts returns. I'd check and see.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your Ionic is still syncing or vibrating when you connect it into the charging cable? I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes the restart process that was suggested by our friend @Odyssey13 which can be really helpful for this issue.
