Hi my ionic froze today so I tried restarting from shutdown button also from bottom two buttons tried factory reset tried unlinking from phone etc and I can't get it to stop flashing the Fitbit symbol and now phone can't find it and I can't turn it off anyway I try please tell me how to fix it thanks
