Did restart after ionic didn’t charge now a battery with 0% is all that shows up.

No matter what button I press if the ionic is on or off charge it shows a battery with 0%. Got watch yesterday for Xmas. Charged it over night. Obviously  didn’t charge as it said low battery by 3pm. Tried charging and realised it wasn’t. Did restart after reading forum And nothing. Did set to factory settings now this. Help

return it and get a new one.This should not happen

Or try another charger first..
