Didn't use my Ionic for 3 weeks, now doesn't track anything

I lost my charger a few weeks back, I got a new one yesterday and plugged it in. The screen showed 0% battery and then turned off. I couldn't get it to turn on but after googling I restarted it by holding down the left, and bottom right buttons. It booted up and was fully charged.

This morning I noticed it hadn't tracked my sleep, steps or heart rate. I restarted the device, factory reset it, updated the firmware, updated all apps, cleaned it with isopropanol, reinstalled the app and paired the device again with no luck. Some post here suggested switching to a Fitbit clockface or updating mine, I couldn't find an update so I switched to a Fitbit clockface. In between all of these steps, I checked if it had started tracking again. The top right button seems to be disabled as well. I can't say I used it much but I don't recall having problems with it before.

Everything is still the same. The device is nothing more than a bad smartwatch at this point, it doesn't track anything and I've tried everything I can think of. I had no issues before I lost my charger a few weeks back.

After the watch depleted its battery it won't charge. It's stuck in setup mode so I don't have access to the menu. Restarting it by holding the left and bottom right button doesn't work.

The screen displays the setup mode instructions, if I disconnect the charger it turns off in a few minutes, so there's obviously power coming from the charger.
