Difficulties to charge my Ionic

I have had issues with charging my ionic since my last firmware update and it’s gradually getting worse.

what used to be a seemless excercise is now near impossible.

I just get the error message “not charging, not enough power”

I have bought new cables and cleaned the ports on my watch to no avail.

please help!
