Hi cindy… this was really helpful. However, I am having difficulties updating my tracker via app… and there’s no light coming on at the back door my Fitbit any more, being that it’s been awhile I used it last, and my battery doesn’t last me up to 12hrs after full charge.. can you give me anything to resolve one by one… it’s a Fitbit ionic.
