Hi, I have had my ionic and bose soundsport headphones for a year now but for some reason they won't pair now.
The ionic finds the headphones but when I select them from the list it just says "pairing" with the wheel going round but won't pair - this is very frustrating.
I have turned off the ionic and reset several times but no joy.
Can anyone help?!

Same issue here. Had no problem pairing fitbit ionic with my Bose Soundsport, now it doesn't want to do so. Super frustrating.

Hiii, have they fixed it? I am intending to get the Bose Soundsport Free for my Ionic. But I have read that there are issues?
I am currently using the Under Armour x JBL HR earphones and those work fine with my Ionic.

Still no fix for this - nearly six months later.
My ionic isn’t working for other things now anyway: it won’t measure heart rate or steps - pretty useless.
I’ve had numerous Fitbits over the years - the Fitbit Go lasted about a year, the ionic has lasted just over two years.
Ive gone back to running with my phone and Bose headphones.
Have lost faith in Fitbit products.

I'm also experiencing this issue ONLY with BOSE! They worked fine for the past few months but all of a sudden (I think after an Ionic firmware update), only the Bose headphones refuse to work--AT ALL--with the Ionic now.
My Bose headphones will pair with every other Bluetooth device I have. It pairs fine with my Samsung Galaxy S8, S9, Apple iPod Nano 7G, iPod 5, my HP laptop, AND my custom-built desktop PC with Bluetooth (yes, I'm a gadget-head). The Bose also pairs instantly with my Beats Studio Wireless Pro headphones with no issues whatsoever (I'd prefer to use the Beats over Bose, but the battery no longer charges, so I'm forced to try syncing the Bose right now).
When I try to pair the Ionic with the Bose, it finds the headphones immediately, but when I tap on it to pair, it just spins and spins on the Ionic screen with message saying "Pairing Bose" forever and ever, and ever, and ever. Nothing happens. It just spins & spins.
What up with this?!?!?! It was working fine up until recently. I've tried everything under the sun to troubleshoot this. Nothing works now. It just won't work with anything Bose anymore.
This is maddening...

Same issue here - ionic and Bose ear buds don’t connect.
Fitbit where is the fix for this?????

100% exactly the same issue.
Bose pairs with any other device but not with the Ionic.
I'm so frustrated about all the strange issues with this watch and that Fitbit seams to be unable to solve any of the problems.
Even though I like the outstanding design I finally will change for an other sports watch.
Good bye Fitbit!

If you want to try some new and comfortable workout headphones that can be used for longer than usual during your gym and workout, you should use HD Stereo wireless headphones which are sweatproof and provide pure HD sound.

Hi all,
Same here and very frustrating. It seems it's been a common issue, I wish I had seen all the comments prior to purchasing it. Refund and get a Samsung watch me thinks
