Disabling weather app

I have recently activated the weather app on my ionic and I would like to disable the app. I don't see this as an option, is there away to disable it?

The weather app is a system app, currently there is no way to uninstall it.

There's no way of disabling it sorry. If you don't open the app it shouldn't cause you any issues though, it has very low impact on device resources.

It might be worth posting a feature suggestion over on the feature suggestions board (here).
