Disappointed - short lived product Beaware

Ultimately a buyer beware situation.

 

i really liked my ionic until it quit working. Jul 29, 2018 Was my first pairing of my most recent ionic. It is now  January 2020. That is a very unsatisfying life- expectancy.  This is my second ionic and third Fitbit product. My first ionic malfunctioned as well and I took the 25% option. I believed that it was a product fluke. If you read the comments of others, this appears common. I guess I will be switching companies. I had hoped Fitbit had better customer care. 

I RECOMMEND A DIFFERENT COMPANY. or be ok with a product you throw away before year two.
