Display/Screen glass not Central on a slight slant

As title just on my third day and really getting to like, thought I had a battery issue but with app but that is now sorted.

what I have noticed and I noticed something when I first switched on is the screen is slightly off centre on a slant I mean most people would probably not see it but when you look closely the glass edge there is a gap on each side and sort of tilting to the right its only ever so slight but once to see it noticeable most of the time.

not sure what to do anyone else have the issue ?

thanks in advance

Received my replacement yesterday just set it up now, the display is straight but there is a gap along the top and this has light bleed through the gap also with this unit it has slight uneven backlight on full brightness which is distracting and wasn't noticeable on the last watch.

So I have a an issue send both back and look elsewhere , keep the one with a slightly slanted display with perfect backlight or keep the perfectly straight screen but backlight issues 😞 I don't think for £300 ( £600 at the minute as have 2 in my possession) i should have to put up with this poor quality the watch I like and has very good potential but this is my first Fitbit and it's not going well I have had other makes of smart watches apple,Garmin,Moto,Samsung and others never had a quality issue like this .

Funny you should say that, my first one had the weird uneven back light. Did it look something like this?

For what it's worth, it seems the majority of them have the light bleed at maximum brightness. There is another thread discussing the problem Link

@N8teGee That would drive me crazy; and the fact that you are on your second unit is truly unacceptable!

I have been so looking forward to getting this watch. Even after reading all the software issues some are having I was still planning to pick one up in the next week or so and wait patiently for the software fixes. But these hardware issues are giving me pause. You can’t fix a slanted screen with a firmware patch. Hopefully they get it together by the holidays. If not I may have to pass on the ionic:(

Actually I'm on my third one, I've decided to settle on this one though as it's by far the best of the bunch.
