Hi, My Ionic Watch is charged fully and Sensor rate is working properly. But my display keeps on dimming after 2 seconds on. I've restart it and it couldn't help the problem. I've used this watch since 2017 and this is the first time it happens. What should i do?

Hi @Chennie, welcoem to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Since the restart process didn't resolve this issue, please try changing its clock face and let me know if the issue persists. To do so, please follow the steps that are specified on: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
