Hey, so earlier today I was training with my fitbit ionic, and after I finished my workout, display of my fitbit account just got stuck showing heart-rate screen, I don't know what to do, it's been hours now. I tried to restart it, but it didn't work, display is still not moving. What should I do?

Thanks for the restart you performed. It's pretty weird that your Ionic's display stopped working while you were training. 

 

I would like you to confirm you've tried restarting it and if you're still experiencing this, please provide me with a picture of what you're seeing.
