I dropped my Ionic when I took it off. The screen went dark and I cannot get it to turn back on. I have tried holding in the back button and nothing happens.

Hello @TammyN2, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are still flashing? Are you able to sync your device or feel a vibration when you charge it? Keep me posted.
