My fit bit started off with the device just glitching, and now the display/clock face is completely blank. Anyone know of any fixes?

Hi @Sarah__Dee, it's nice to see you again participating in the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your Ionic are still blinking? With this, we can verify if your device battery is not charged or if it's the display that's not working as the way it was designed. If the heart rate sensors are off, please check: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for the display difficulties too.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hey Ricardo! So the heart rate sensors are still flashing, and the device is still relaying info to my phone, so it seems as if holding a charge is not the problem. Is there any other ideas that you have that may fix it?

Thanks for your reply and update @Sarah__Dee, sorry for the delay in responding your post.

Thanks for the details that were shared in your post. If you haven't already done so, please try restarting your Ionic device following the next steps:

  1. For Fitbit Versa and Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

Don't hesitate to contact me back if you require further assistance.
