So the Ionic was the first with the Fit OS and since then there as been a charge 3, 2 fitbit ace's and 2 or 3 fitbit versa's 

Do we think we will see a new Ionic 2 anytime soon.. I was one of the first to pre order an ionic, I had it replaced after 13 months, thanks to fitbit… but I really love my Ionic and would love to see a newer version maybe a little faster. or something ..

has anyone heard anything about a new Ionic in the works.

It's great to see you around @gibbyhome. I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying your Ionic and you're interested in a newer version of Ionic. 

Currently, I don't have any version of new Fitbit watches. However, any news about it, it will be posted in social media or the Fitbit Blog. If you have features that you would like to implement in Fitbit watches, you can post your ideas in our Feature Suggestion board.
