Does Fitbit sale a replacement clasp for the ionic band

Fitbit doesn't sale replacement clasp. However, if you don't have a clasp anymore, I could create a case on your behalf with our Support team and they will continue assisting you.

You have to get a whole new strap - chargeable or FoC - either way, it's utterly daft.
