Only finds phone about half the time

Doesn't sync with phone until multiple resets

Doesn't sync with strava... ever

Doesn't receive notifications

What's up with that?

@LeeBills I see no mention of the phone so can not help with notifications.

Mine works, I get almost all notifications and have no problems syncing .

 

Normally the phone looks for and connects to the ionic, not the other way around. 

 

As for Strava it is your Fitbit account. not the ionic that connects. but see this post by @SilviaFitbit
