Hey. So I just bought this really expensive ionic and the only thing I wanted was Spotify. Don't care about steps or heart rate. Just want to hear my music.
My ionic is telling me to "Log in to Spotify from the Fitbit mobile app"
From what I can tell, that feature does not exist.
I bought the watch. I bought the protection plan an bought premium service. I also have Spotify premium.
So, I've checked off all my boxes. What if anything can I do to make this work before shipping this piece of sh*t product that was clearly undeveloped back? I'm not part of your R&D team.

Hi @Seanpm, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the feedback that was shared in your post, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please explain what do you mean when you say "That feature does not exist" and "I'm not part of your R&D team"? Since you're a new user, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on: How do I control music playing on Spotify? and let me know if you have any additional questions.
Looking forward to your reply is further assistance is needed.
