Dots above ❤️ Icon on watch face

I have two small dots that appear above the ❤️ Icon on my watch face. Sometimes there is one dot above and one below. What do these mean?

It is indicating you are in an elevated heart rate zone.  I'm suspecting Cardio, but it is age dependant.

It appears you were in "fat burn" with two icons above
