I purchased the most expensive fitbit going with the advertised option of downloading songs to your watch so you can listen to music without your phone. I have called multiple times without a workable solution. I am extremely upset and frustrated. I have two issues.
1. the fitbit connect app in Canada appears to not come up. I have tried from multiple computers and I get redirected to this page. https://www.fitbit.com/en-ca/404
This show error and wont bring up the page.
2. I am told now that you require a downloaded play list on your personal computer. I don't live in the 90's. I have no playlist on my computer. I have spodify premium that does not allow you to download music to your computer. I pay for the monthly subscription so I have current music at my finger tips. This is very common and would think fitbit would have a solution.
Please help. Not happy with Fitbit and what appears to be an outdated requirement to work?

It sounds to me that you bought the FItbit based on some assumptions about music loading that turned out to be incorrect. So can't you just return it and buy something else that fits your needs better? Or are there other Fitbit features that do fit your needs better, and you are hoping to also get Fitbit to change their music loading?
