My Ionic does not want to stay connected to my phone. To reconnect my tracker I have to unpair the device from my phone and Fitbit app, then add device to phone Bluetooth then add to the app again. After lots of troubleshooting it seems that my phone is not "fully" compatible with the app... supposedly. Wondering if anyone else is having this same problem??
Fitbit please add Motorola Droid z Force to the compatible devices!!!

@Kellyjo1008 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Yes, same with me, my phone is not listed under the list of supported devices (Moto G4). Still, it does syncs, have encountered just a few problems but it always ends up syncing properly.
What I also do is that I alternate syncing times with my computer. I mean, sometimes I will sync with my phone and other times with my computer. Works good for me. I also sync around 2 to 3 times a day and connection has been good like this. You could try doing this.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!
