Ear-buds disconnects from Ionic

When I listen to Pandora using my Fitbit (ionic) and wireless ear-buds the two only stay synced for 30 minutes, then un-sync. I can listen to music using my phone and my ear-buds all day (as long as the batteries are charged).  Is there a setting somewhere that limits the blue tooth time to listen to music using the Fitbit?  I need this to stay on more than 30 minutes at a time.

@ChristinaH7712 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Are you still experiencing this? What kind/model of ear-buds are you using?

There is a workaround that should help you out with this:

This has helped other users in the past, please try that out in the order given.

HI @SantiR

Thanks!

I am still experiencing this issue.  My ear-buds are Beats (I'm not sure of the model, but they are fairly new, I just purchased them in October 2017).

I can listen to music via my phone (S8+) and my buds using Pandora all day (as long as the battery lasts), but when I connect my buds to Pandora on my FB they only stay connected for (exactly) 30 minutes, then disconnect.  I didn't know if there was a setting somewhere w/ the FB? I've done an FB restart, FB factory reset, un-paired the two, none has worked thus far - still experiencing the same issue.
