Editing Activity

It seems that it is not possible to edit activity. Why not??

I had to remove and reconnect my Ionic due to it not syncing. I seem to have most data except yesterday’s activity is definitely gone. It was reading yesterday as 86 minutes (training session) and is now saying 7. Also - sleep data only started at midnight so about 90 minutes out as well.

Hello @DavidHillam sleep time is editable, press the pencil .

When it comes to workouts are auto detected exercises, the type of exercise is editable, or an event may be manually added .

You mention 86 minutes, are these active minutes or minutes of recorded activity, and what mode was used when recording .

Hi and thanks,
My Ionic was saying 86 minutes yesterday though today my log shows 7 minutes.

Ok you say it showed 86 minutes yesterday, but haven't explained what the 86 minutes are off?

It sounds like your reffering to 86 minutes of a tracked exercise, but I think your referring to active minutes. These two stats are not related.

Yes I’m referring to active minutes 🙂

Have you manually added any exercises yesterday or have an app like Strava connected to your Fitbit account?

No - I was just hoping to add activity minutes.

Again, activity minutes does not always mean that they where active minutes.

What are active minutes?

Learn more about active minutes and how they're calculated.

Activity minutes can be added manually say a brisk walk or run. If the resulting activity logged says that there where active minutes. then active minutes will be added.
