I returned my Ionic and was issued an electronic Visa Card. The card never worked and when I called to determine why was told that Fitbit took the money back. I called the recall number and was told that my issue would be escalated. I asked how long this would take and was told they could not provide a timeframe. 2 weeks later I called again and was told the status was under review and they would mark this as new to try and have it reviewed again. This did not make sense to me but we will see what happens.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Ionic25. I'm sorry to hear that you were not able to use your electronic Visa Card and the money was taken back. Does your card has an expiration date?
Since you were never able to use your card, I'd recommend to keep in touch with the recall number in order to get assistance.
I wanted to let you know that I'm going to close this thread to keep the community organized and prevent any confusion.
